Do you have insurance?

Yes! You can find our policy in our terms & conditions.

At a glance,
– Our insurance does not cover anything breakable by nature(glass/terracotta/marble).
– Our insurance does not cover anything packed by the owner when the box does not display physical damage.
– Our insurance does not cover any computer/electronic gear that does not display physical damage.
– Our insurance is not new for old; market value applies.
– Sentimental Value is worth $0. (But you can rest assured, we take the utmost care with it all).
– A $500 excess is to be paid by the claimer (client).
– Valuable or expensive items must be identified and made known to BMB before moving.
– Unless prepared and packed by BMB, all items must be prepared for transport by the client.

Do you charge for travel time?

Travel time is charged to and from your closest depot (Hamilton, Bulimba or Milton).

We use Google Maps to estimate the travel time, that way people can budget accordingly.

Do the trucks have blankets?

They sure do!

All of the trucks are fully equipped with trollies, ties, plenty of blankets and a full tool box.

How well do you look after my stuff?

All of the trucks are fully equipped with modern trollies, ties, plenty of blankets and a full tool box to ensure that your valuable belongings are treated with the utmost care at all times.

Are you able to dismantle and put my items back together?

Yes we can!

All trucks are fully equipped with full tool boxes, all of our guys are career removalists so we can definitely pull apart and put together beds, desks, trampolines etc.

 

Do you quality check your workers?

We certainly do!

A lot of our clients require yearly police checks and random drug testing, you can rest assured that the guys in your home, moving your stuff are the good guys.

Do you supply boxes and packing materials?

Yes we do!

We also sell plastic covers for mattress’s, lounges and linen.

Do you move piano's or pool tables?

Yes we do!

If you have a piano or pool table to be moved, it needs to be organised prior to move day so we can supply the correct equipment.

We do charge a heavy lift fee, this is 100% split between the guys doing the heavy lifting.

What if it rains on move day?

Every job is different, every day is different. Ideally we want the moves to go ahead however it needs to be safe for not only our guys but also your furniture. Rarely we have to postpone the day of work and get you booked back in ASAP.
